APA Investment Management Co., Ltd. (the “Asset Manager) is an asset management company of Nippon Hotel & Residential Investment Corporation (formerly Ooedo Onsen Reit Investment Corporation), a real estate investment trust in Japan (J-REIT) listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The Asset Manager has been providing investors with attractive and distinctive investment opportunities by taking on the role of managing Nippon Hotel & Residential Investment Corporation, which primarily invests in onsen (hot spring) and spa-related facilities such as public bathing facilities that have hot springs (onsen) and hot bath facilities, ryokan (a lodging in which the main structure and facilities are Japanese style) and hotels, as well as accommodation for residential purposes such as rental housing, student apartments, company dormitories, serviced apartments, shared houses as well as facilities and housing for the elderly.
